Short Wave Infrared Heating Lamps

• Twin tube emitters of two tube format 23*11mm, 33* 16mm

• Filament temperature 1800 – 2400°c

• Peak wavelength 0.76 ~ 1.7um

• Mean power density 70W/cm

• Maximum surface power approx. 200KW/ m²

• Standard emitters are designed for horizontal use. But vertical use is available by special modification during production.

• Emitters are available in various designs and can be one-side or two-side connected.

• A gold coating on half of the emitter ensures that the effective radiation is virtually doubled.

Short wave infrared lamps – high speed and high power

Short wave heating lamps have the highest heating power. They are especially workable for the processes which need to be

stopped and restarted very soon, since they can reach full operation efficiency in seconds. Twin tube short wave lamps have

very stable structure, which makes the length up to 6m possible. They are featured with high radiation density and high power

intensity. In addition, a gold reflector on the back of the lamps can direct the infrared radiation onto the object to be heated, as

well as to increase the heating efficiency.
