IR lamp is a thermal radiation light source. It can be easily installed without any accessories, and used in both AC and DC. It mainly applies to heating and drying, such as the butt joint of circuit board, baking finish, films and humidification. It can both work at room temperature or in vacuum for drying and heating. It can produce near and far IR with different color temperatures. Various shapes of heating tungsten wires can be adopted for the light spectrum as a heating light source. Quartz far and near IR lamps are made from transparent or translucent (frosted) milky white tubes. Single and double-pore IR lamps with different lengths, color temperatures and shapes can be produced according to customers’ demand.
