1. The lamp do not shine after installation

a. Check if there is power supply inputs by multimeter, and if it is the right voltage to use.

b. Check if the electrode of both sides has good connection with lamp stands.

c. Gently shake the LED tube and listen if there is abnormal sound, to determine if led tubes are damaged during transport. If you find above problem, please contact dealer or manufacturer.

2. LED tube light is blinking

a. Bad connection on electrode, rotating led tube or adjust lamp stand spacing to ensure good contact.

b. Input voltages are wrong, please confirm that voltage used under right scope. If ballast inside lamp holder, please make sure the voltage output of ballast match that of LED tubes.

c. Components damaged by crash during transport, please contact dealer or manufacturer.

3. There are led failed when light led tube

a. Some led don't work when first use, it is caused by vibration during transport, please contact dealer or manufacturer directly.

b. There are three or less LEDs failed after a certain period using. It will affect extremely small. Our constant current circuit design make each led set associative control, single led's fail do not affect others' work, users can rest continue to use.

c. If over three leds failed after a certain period using, please contact dealer or manufacturer directly.

4. Parameters of actual product do not match specification sheet

a. Please check the testing instrument procedure.

b. Different test instruments between the buyer and the manufacturer will lead to it.

c. Some parameters of its own have tolerance, such as illumination, power, temperature, etc.If the actual parameters tested have greater difference with specification sheet, please contact dealer or manufacturer.
