1. The shell is formed by die-cast Aluminum Alloy of high quality, treated with high voltage electrostatic plastic-spraying and advanced baking process after shot-blasting cleaning, with strong corrosion-proof capacity.

2. The shell uses optimal design and high-precision die-casting so that it has compact structure, aesthetic appearance, dense material and higher mechanical strength.

Toughened steel glass transparent shade can withstand high energy (4J) impact and thermal shot test without damage.

3. The shell is equipped radiating ribs in different places; both of the radiating structure of light source and ballast and parts layout program are designed to be completely new, for which, its radiating effect is fine and the parts service life is lengthened.

4. The floodlight lamp is of split-type design. The lamp sources accessories such as ballast, trigger and so on are installed in safety-increased compartment and the bulb in the flame-proof compartment , which make it can be convenient and quick to open the shells cap in the sidewall of safety-increased compartment or flame-proof compartment according to requirement when using to install and maintain. The new adjustment mechanism of irradiation angle can be adjusted 360°

5. Capacitor compensator can be equipped by users request, cosφ≥0.85 after being compensated; the lamp also can be installed electrodeless light source , of which main performance is showed in page 25.

6. The lamp can be used as high-pole lamp.
