I. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 5 years for induction lamps. The warranty period begin from the 30th day after delivery. If there is special requirement (such as dimming, sensor function, emergency function), the warranty period is subjected to the agreed valid order.

II. Backups
1. For each order, Dongxing provides 1% spare parts (electronic ballasts) to customers as maintenance backup. When the defected products are within 1% of the total quantity, the customer shall replace the parts (electronic ballasts) directly and inform Dongxing in written form.

2. If the defect exceeds 1% in the warranty period, and the defects are caused by Dongxing’s production, such as design, raw material and manufacturing, etc., Dongxing shall freely provide an equal number of spare parts or whole unit if necessary.

3. For any batch of products from Dongxing, if the defect exceeds 10% for any same model and wattage products that more than 100units. Besides of the free replacing spare part, Dongxing shall also share the reasonable maintenance expenses with customer together.

III. Notes:
1. Warranty is invalid as long as any private dismantling of our products.
2. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Repaired or replaced parts will be shipped by Dongxing at Dongxing‘s expense.
3. The failure rate is defined as for the individual model and wattage product.
4. The defects caused by the following reasons, Dongxing can supply replacement parts at cost:
a) By using product in forbidden environment
b) By irregular installation
c) By improper using and operation
d) By unstable electricity supply
e) Man-made damage
f) By privately disassemble product
g) By force majeure
h) Exceed the warranty period
