165W induction ceiling lamp - EL-165-01

Electromagnetic induction lamp is a new generetion of light source combined with power electronic science plasma science and electromagnetic theory. The lamp ,also called the “fifth generetion of light source” is based on the advantages of LongJun NDT Equipment Co.,LTD with high efficiency and energy saving,environment protection, long survice time and other advantages.

The lamp has a long survice time for it is without filament and electrode as other general types so the problem of filament burning never occurs.It required no electrode and rely on the basic principle that eletromagnetic induction will form the plasma gas to discharge the light.

It is mainly consisted of high frequency generetor,power coupler and glass bubble shell.When the electromagnetic field of high frequency generator couples to the lamp in the way of induction, it will make the gas avalanche ionization to form plasma. While the electron is accelerated in the electric field, it will make a collision with the mercury atom and make the mercury aton to a higher energy level.The visible light will be produced when the awakened mercury returns to the basic level because it will emit ultraviolet photon which stimulates the fluorescence powder inner wall of the bulb.

System effective luminescence efficiency can reach to 110Lm/W and the power factor is more than 98% which reduced the reactive power consumption. More than 90% energy are saved than incandescent lamp, 50% of high-pressure mercury lamp and high pressure sodium lamp.

2. Environmental Protection

It uses solid amalgam and Lead freeglass, and more than 99% of the materials can be recycled, which complies with environmental requirements of the world.

3. Long Survice Time

Filament aging and the sputtering of the electrodes are key components which limited in their lifeof the traditional light source while the electromagnetic induction lamp is without filament or electrode which uses electromagnetic induction coupling to excitate light so the service life could up to 60000 hours or more.

4.High Colour Rendering Index

The three fluorescent colors powder, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, high luminous efficiency maes the color rendering index greater than 80. The light is soft and close to the sun light with low glare to show the natural color of the illuminated objects.

5.High Power Factor

The circuit uses special design and the power factor can reach above 98% with low harmonic and excellent electrical properties.

6.No Stroboscopic Light Source

"completely without stroboscopic effect " for the work frequency can reach to 2.65MHz, and does not cause eye fatigue.

7Low Lumens depreciation

2000 hours of maintenance rate is 95%, 20000 hours maintenance rate is 80%,and 60000 hours maintenance rate is75%.

8.Transient start and restart

Open and bright, the switching frequency is up to 200000 times.

9.Wide range of working temperature:

Amalgam technology is used so preheating is not necessary.it can start correctly and work at -40°C to 55 °C

10.Low maintenance cost

Electromagnetic induction lamp reaches more than 60000 hours of survice time which greatly reduce the cost of maintenance abd replacement ,therefore, it is especially suitable for the place where difficult to light or important place with high safety requirements.
