1.Low UV, good for healthy and environment.

Filter UV quartz glass bulb light system is green lamp, environmentally friendly products, used of special materials, produced by a special technology (With Patent). Our lamps have special metal halide light output characteristics (Figure 1), the largest harmful spectrum to human health is below 400nm, our lamp use Filter UV quartz canlower this spectrum to 126nm, morehealthy to skin, protect workers’ health, safeguarding the environment, protecting ecological effect from harm(Table 1).

2. Long Lifespan, Low Depreciation

The lifespan is an important factor of the evaluation of the performance of the lamp, lamp life includes full life, average rated life and effective life. The effective lifetime is defined according to the luminous efficiency of the lamp. When the light output drops to 70% of the initial value, it is defined as the effective life(economic life). The smaller lamp light fades, the longer time can be used for fishing. Our fish Lamp has longer economic life,please refer to below characteristics. Shown in Table 2.

3. High Lumen Efficiency, High Radiational Distance

According to the theory of light radiation, the illuminance face “E” is proportional to the light source intensity “I”, and inversely proportional to the be illuminated distance “d” squared, i.e.

E = I / d ²;

The entire area can be obtained:

Compared with Japan fish lamp parameters are shown in Table 3 and Table 4.

4. High Bulbs Wind drag coefficient

Drag coefficient σ is a resistance generated by air when any object in motion. The drag coefficient is proportional to the area used. The larger the volume of the bulb (shape), the greater the drag coefficient, the greater the energy consumption of air relative role in the movement, and the smaller the contrary.

According to the above relationship, the fuel consumption and cost analysis through anexample:

S = total miles of each voyage; σ = drag coefficient; n = lamps qty installed; e = cost of oil per ton

So M= 8.0 *0.001 * 2125 * 1.46*0.0001 * 240 * 5120 = 3049 RMB

If 8 times every year, the total cost M = 3049 * 8 = 24392 RMB

  • If we change to lower σ 2KW liner bulb, qty only need 120 sets lamps(same W),

the total cost is only 7086 RMB.

  • If we change to lower σ 3KW liner bulb, qty only need 80 sets lamps(same W),

the total cost is only 5531 RMB.

  • If we change to lower σ 4KW liner bulb, qty only need 60 sets lamps(same W),

the total cost is only 4148 RMB.

Conclude:

If lower Drag coefficient σ, sailing consumption will be much lower, also the boat will encounter less wind drag:

If we use 2000W liner bulb to replace 1000W round bulb, per year will save 17323 RMB;

If we use 3000W liner bulb to replace 1000W round bulb, per year will save 18861 RMB;

If we use 4000W liner bulb to replace 1000W round bulb, per year will save 20244 RMB;

At the same time, due to much higher Lumen Efficiency, Radiational Distance, the fishing efficiency will also be much better.

5. More powerful special fishing Spectrum

The fishing production efficiency has great relations with the light source spectrum (light color) characteristics. Our brand 2K-4K sets fish lamps’ spectral characteristics matches very well with phototaxis for a variety of marine life, sea water temperature, salinity, water transparency, the marine environment (see Figure 3).

6. High Mechanical strength, resistance to thermal shock characteristics

The quartz glass bulb having a UV filter made of special materials and process characteristics can withstand maximum stress F value, the thermal stability K value is high, the expansion coefficient value α is small.(Table 6). Thereby significantly improvement of mechanical strength of the light bulb can withstand thermal shock unbreakable characteristics.

Therefore, F value is a substantial increase, reduce operating and transit breakage rate, and the thermal stability of the decrease of the K value improvement and expansion coefficient α value is more applicable to a variety of climatic conditions and fishing in the harsh environment of the various marine areas operation.
